Kerin graduated at the top of her class with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology from UMASS Amherst. She worked as a social worker for several years before attending law school.

Kerin earned her Juris Doctorette from Suffolk University School of Law and continues to work as a real estate attorney. She has also been a litigator for the Massachusetts Department of Child and Families, helping abused children find a safe home.

My legal training and litigation experience increased my knowledge of the intimate particulars that go into real estate transactions. I am different from other agents because I have worked on all sides of the transaction: in the lending department at banks, in collections, and as real estate attorney. Handling 100’s of purchase negotiations made me an expert negotiator. My previous training as a Social Worker and Life Coach has also made me an excellent listener.
